Joyce Stoer Cordi
Joyce Stoer Cordi is a versatile, innovative but practical consultant with more than 30 years experience in business transformation projects. Her focus on the high technology sector is enriched by her complimentary experience in consumer manufacturing, large box and specialty retailing, transportation, utilities, government and health care. She has delivered consulting engagements contributing an estimated $1Billion to clients’ bottom lines.
Advising both technology vendor clients and technology user clients has given her a unique perspective about the technology industry and its impact on the 21st century economy. Her clients have ranged from mature, multi-national Fortune 50/500/1000 companies to embryonic start-ups. She has extensive experience in post-merger integration activities.
During 9 years at the Gartner Group, she blended primary and secondary research skills with established consulting methodology to develop a new technique. Researched-based-consulting allows her to help clients “think outside the box” and to find new markets and new approaches to existing markets.
She has worked at Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services and at Computer Science Corporation. Her earlier functional management experience includes multi-national/global account management, national customer service management, call center management global logistics management and information technology program management and functional design.
