With roots in manufacturing, Agile principles and practices have been applied to the fields of software development, business process development and project management. Agile is a holistic approach to production and management that grew out of the experiences and insights of people working in the field.
For consultants leading or participating on a project team, what can Agile methodology do for you?
It follows, then, that the best way to learn about Agile is to experience it. Chris Sims, founder of Agile Learning Labs, will guide us through a short workshop designed to engage the power of simulations and learning games to evoke and explore various aspects of the Agile experience, including:
Registration Cost: $20 for PATCA members and $25 for non-members. PATCA is offering a special rate of $20 for first-time attendees or guest(s) of members.
Menu: chicken rigatoni pasta with bread OR cheese manicotti with bread.
